アカウント登録は不要です。氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号などは収集しません。写真は識別のためだけに送信し、保存しません。無料版では Google の広告を表示します。

GomiGo（以下「本アプリ」）は、ごみの分別方法の検索と収集日のリマインダーを提供します。

1. 端末内だけで扱う情報

文字検索、収集日の設定、リマインダー、ウィジェット、検索履歴はすべて端末内で処理・保存され、運営者には送信されません。検索履歴には品目と写真識別で得られた名称・素材・構造のみを保存し、写真や分別結果は保存しません。

2. 位置情報

「現在地を使用」を選んだ場合に限り、市区の判定と収集地域の候補表示のために位置情報を一度だけ取得します。Apple の位置情報サービスを使用します。位置座標と取得した住所はメモリ内でのみ使用し、運営者のサーバーへ送信・保存しません。確認した収集地域名と日程は端末内に保存します。

3. 写真識別

写真識別を使うと、撮影または選択した写真を運営者のサーバー（Cloudflare）経由で OpenAI に送信し、写っている物の名称・素材・構造を取得します。

• 送信前に端末内で縮小・再エンコードし、位置情報を含むすべてのメタデータ（EXIF）を削除します。
• 運営者は写真を保存せず、ログにも記録しません。
• OpenAI は API で受け取ったデータをモデルの学習に使用しません。ただし不正利用の監視のため、最大30日間保持する場合があります。
• 分別区分は AI ではなく、各自治体の公式データに基づいて判定します。

4. サーバーで扱う情報

写真識別の利用回数制限と不正利用防止のため、以下を扱います。

• インストールごとにランダムに生成した識別子（端末固有の識別子とは無関係）と認証用トークン
• Apple の App Attest による端末の正当性確認データ
• Pro 購読者の場合、Apple が署名した購読取引情報（利用回数上限の判定のみに使用）
• 通信元 IP アドレス（1日あたりの過剰アクセス防止のみに使用）
• サービス改善のため、識別結果（物品名・素材・構造など）、言語、処理結果を、インストール識別子を不可逆変換した値とともに90日間保存します。写真や IP アドレスは含みません。
• 無料版で動画広告を視聴して識別回数を追加した場合、1回限りのランダムな特典コードと、Google から届く付与通知（取引 ID・広告ユニット）を、回数の付与と重複防止のために最大3日間保存します。

5. 広告（外部送信）

無料版では、Google LLC の広告配信サービス「Google AdMob」を利用して、検索結果などの画面に広告を表示します。写真識別の回数を使い切ったときは、ご自身の操作で動画広告を視聴して回数を追加できます。Pro では広告を表示しません。

広告の表示に伴い、本アプリに組み込まれた Google のソフトウェアが次の情報を Google に送信します（電気通信事業法に基づく外部送信の公表を兼ねます）。

• 送信先：Google LLC
• 送信される情報：IP アドレス、端末とアプリの情報（機種・OS・言語・アプリのバージョンなど）、広告の表示やタップなどの操作情報、広告識別子（IDFA。トラッキングを許可した場合のみ）、動画広告の特典コード
• 利用目的：広告の配信、効果測定、不正防止。トラッキングを許可した場合、または同意が必要な地域で同意した場合は、広告のパーソナライズにも使用されます。

検索した語句、写真、識別結果、市区、住所、収集日の情報を Google に渡すことはありません。

トラッキングの許可は iPhone の「設定」→「プライバシーとセキュリティ」→「トラッキング」でいつでも変更できます。欧州経済領域・英国などで表示される同意の選択は、本アプリの設定画面から変更できます。Google によるデータの取り扱いは「Google のサービスを使用するサイトやアプリから収集した情報の Google による使用」と「Google プライバシー ポリシー」を、広告のカスタマイズは「マイ アド センター」をご確認ください。

6. 第三者提供

法令に基づく場合を除き、上記の委託先（Cloudflare、OpenAI、Apple）および広告配信事業者（Google）以外に情報を提供しません。

7. 購入

Pro の購入・管理は Apple の App Store を通じて行われ、運営者は支払い情報を受け取りません。

GomiGo（以下简称「本 App」）提供垃圾分类查询与收集日提醒。

1. 只在设备上处理的信息

文字搜索、收集日设置、提醒、小组件和查询历史都在设备上处理和保存，不会发送给运营者。查询历史只保存品目及拍照识别得到的名称、材质、结构，不保存照片和分类结果。

2. 位置信息

仅在你选择「使用当前位置」时，获取一次位置以判断所在城市或区，并匹配收集区域。判断使用 Apple 的定位服务，定位坐标和获取的地址仅在内存中使用，不会发送到或保存在运营者的服务器上。经你确认的收集区域名称和日程保存在设备上。

3. 拍照识别

使用拍照识别时，照片会经由运营者的服务器（Cloudflare）发送给 OpenAI，以识别物品的名称、材质和结构。

• 上传前在设备上缩小并重新编码，删除包括位置信息在内的全部元数据（EXIF）。
• 运营者不保存照片，也不写入日志。
• OpenAI 不会用通过 API 收到的数据训练模型，但为监控滥用，可能最多保留 30 天。
• 垃圾分类结果不由 AI 判断，而是依据所选城市或区的官方数据。

4. 服务器处理的信息

为限制拍照识别次数、防止滥用，会处理以下信息：

• 每次安装随机生成的标识（与设备标识无关）及认证 token
• Apple App Attest 的设备完整性验证数据
• Pro 订阅用户由 Apple 签名的订阅交易信息（仅用于判断每日次数上限）
• 来源 IP 地址（仅用于限制每日请求量）
• 为改进服务，识别结果（物品名称、材质、结构等）、语言和处理结果会与安装标识的不可逆摘要一起保存 90 天，不包含照片和 IP 地址。
• 在免费版中观看视频广告以增加识别次数时，会保存一次性的随机奖励凭证，以及 Google 发来的发放通知（交易 ID、广告单元），用于发放次数和防止重复发放，最多保存 3 天。

5. 广告（外部发送）

免费版使用 Google LLC 的广告服务「Google AdMob」，在搜索结果等页面显示广告。拍照识别次数用完时，你可以自行选择观看视频广告来增加次数。Pro 不显示广告。

为显示广告，本 App 内置的 Google 软件会向 Google 发送以下信息（同时作为日本电气通信事业法规定的外部发送公告）：

• 接收方：Google LLC
• 发送的信息：IP 地址、设备与 App 信息（机型、系统、语言、App 版本等）、广告的展示与点击等互动信息、广告标识符（IDFA，仅在你允许跟踪时）、视频广告的奖励凭证
• 用途：投放广告、衡量效果、防止作弊。在你允许跟踪，或在需要征得同意的地区表示同意时，也会用于个性化广告。

不会把你搜索的词语、照片、识别结果、城市或区、地址、收集日信息提供给 Google。

是否允许跟踪，可随时在 iPhone「设置」→「隐私与安全性」→「跟踪」中更改。在欧洲经济区、英国等地区显示的同意选项，可在本 App 的设置页中更改。Google 如何处理数据，请参阅「Google 如何使用来自使用其服务的网站或应用的信息」和「Google 隐私权政策」；广告个性化设置请前往「我的广告中心」。

6. 向第三方提供

除法律要求外，不向上述受托方（Cloudflare、OpenAI、Apple）及广告服务商（Google）以外的第三方提供信息。

Pro 通过 Apple App Store 购买和管理，运营者不接触支付信息。

No account is required. We don't collect your name, email address, or phone number. Photos are sent only for identification and are never stored.The free version shows ads from Google.

GomiGo ("the app") helps you look up how to sort garbage and reminds you of collection days.

1. Information that stays on your device

Text search, collection-day settings, reminders, widgets, and search history are processed and stored only on your device and are never sent to us. Search history stores only items and the names, materials, and structures returned by photo identification — never photos or sorting results.

2. Location

Only when you choose "Use current location", the app reads your location once to determine your city or ward and suggest collection areas, using Apple's location services. Coordinates and the geocoded address are used only in memory and are never sent to or stored on our servers. Your confirmed collection-area name and schedule are stored on your device.

3. Photo identification

When you use photo identification, the photo is sent through our server (Cloudflare) to OpenAI to identify the names, materials, and structures of the items shown.

• Before upload, the photo is resized and re-encoded on your device, removing all metadata (EXIF), including location.
• We do not store photos or write them to logs.
• OpenAI does not use data received through its API to train models, but may retain it for up to 30 days for abuse monitoring.
• Sorting categories are never decided by AI; they come from the official data of the selected city or ward.

4. Information handled by our server

To enforce daily photo limits and prevent abuse, we handle:

• A random identifier generated for each installation (unrelated to device identifiers) and an authentication token
• Device integrity data from Apple App Attest
• For Pro subscribers, the Apple-signed subscription transaction (used only to determine the daily limit)
• Your IP address (used only for daily rate limiting)
• To improve the service, identification results (item names, materials, structures, etc.), language, and processing outcome are kept for 90 days together with a one-way hash of the installation identifier. Photos and IP addresses are not included.
• If you watch a video ad in the free version to get more identifications, we keep a one-time random reward code and Google's reward notification (transaction ID and ad unit) for up to 3 days, to grant the reward and prevent duplicates.

5. Ads (external transmission)

The free version uses Google AdMob, an ad service of Google LLC, to show ads on screens such as search results. When you run out of photo identifications, you can choose to watch a video ad to get more. Pro shows no ads.

To show ads, Google software built into the app sends the following information to Google (this also serves as the notice of external transmission under Japan's Telecommunications Business Act):

• Recipient: Google LLC
• Information sent: IP address, device and app information (model, OS, language, app version, etc.), ad interactions such as impressions and taps, the advertising identifier (IDFA, only if you allow tracking), and the reward code for video ads
• Purpose: delivering ads, measuring their performance, and preventing fraud. If you allow tracking, or consent where consent is required, it is also used to personalize ads.

We never give Google your search terms, photos, identification results, city or ward, address, or collection schedule.

You can change tracking permission at any time in iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Consent choices shown in regions such as the EEA and the UK can be changed in the app's settings. To learn how Google uses data, see "How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services" and the "Google Privacy Policy"; manage ad personalization in "My Ad Center".

6. Sharing with third parties

Except as required by law, we do not share information with anyone other than the service providers above (Cloudflare, OpenAI, Apple) and our ad provider (Google).

7. Purchases

Pro is purchased and managed through Apple's App Store. We never receive your payment details.
